As an active co-producer of feature film productions over the last few years, Film and Music Entertainment has very often acted as the local production service provider on many of the co-productions shot in the UK.

It is as a result of this demand for our production services, that we have created a special dedicated division totally geared to providing a full service feature film production team for any international production partner looking for quality, low cost production services shooting anywhere in the UK, Ireland or Isle of Man.

Headed up by Film and Music Entertainment's head of production, Sam Taylor, our production services division can fulfil all your UK production needs from a simple casting session to a two day shoot to a full on studio production, or a couple of weeks mixing Foleys.

Services offered include: pre-production - budgeting, scheduling, casting; production - crewing up, line production, the shoot; post-production - sound, picture, laboratory work.

The company that is Film and Music Entertainment (IRE) was first registered on 24/09/2014 and has been operating as a co-producer on a number of Irish productions since then. The directors of the company are Irish born nationals Mike Downey, Conor Barry, John Keville as well as Sam Taylor. Downey is the majority shareholder. To date the company has credits in eight feature films either completed, or in post-production and three about to shoot.

To that end the company has established a bespoke exclusive post production slate deal has been put into place with the facility Windmill Lane in Dublin (www.windmilllane.com) with business affairs and accountancy matters on all F&ME (IRE) productions being handled by John Gleeson and Siobhan McIntyre at Grant Thornton Dublin (www.grantthornton.ie) who going forward will be responsible for qualifying all F&ME (IRE) productions as official Irish qualifying films. Our Irish banking facility is managed by Adrienne White at Allied Irish Bank (https://aib.ie/).
